Axial Torsion Test Machines
Axial Torsion test systems perform static, dynamic, and fatigue tests in axial mode, torsion mode, or in combined axial-torsion mode. They can create precision controlled multiaxial states of stress in tension, compression, torsion and combined mixed modes. A axial tension-compression plus combined torsion torque twist test machine will perform constant speed, constant load rate static tests, high speed tension or compression impact tests, and high frequency load controlled fatigue tests. They are configurable to match force, speed, travel requirements and also available in static or fatigue rated packages.
Planar Biaxial test systems also perform materials characterization, product testing and fatigue tests on materials and components. These four channel planar based test machines consist of 4 servoactuators controlled by a single multichannel servo controller that enables tension-tension static and fatigue tests and mixed ratio shear tests of tissues, elastomers, plastics, composites and metals.
Our Multichannel test systems are configured around the capabilities of our 16 channel digital servo controller which is capable of independent measurement and control of systems consisting of 16 actuators or 16 different test stations.
