OVERVIEW
| F1000 Series Elevated Temperature Furnaces are mounted to materials testing load frames to enable tensile, compression, bend and fatigue tests on metals and advanced materials at temperatures ranging from 150C (300F) to 1200C (2200F). Each furnace is configured to test requirements and supplied as a system that is engineered to match the load frame and test requirements. Accessories include frame mounting hardware, grips, pull rods, fixtures, and extensometers. Single and multizone temperature control is available. |

OPTIONS
Furnaces supplied as single, dual or 3 zone stacks. Single zone is most common. Controllers supplied as single, dual or 3 zone stacks. Single zone is most common. Load frame mounts are available in several forms including mounting brackets to smooth frame columns (if available) or furnace rods that are mounted on the frame base. Single and dual hinge furnace mounts are also available. Quartz Viewing Window. Extensometer slots for self supporting units or flat surface mounting blocks cut into furnace assembly. Water cooled load cell and base adapters are optional. Heat deflection shields available.
