OVERVIEW
100 Series Electromechanical universal test machines are configurable to serve both current and future test requirements at an affordable price. Specific models deliver different combinations of load/speed. Actuators are available at loads to 1500 lbf (7 kN) and also at test speeds to 25 ipm (625 mm/m). Load frames are available in single (100/110 Series), dual columns (120/130 Series) and horizontal (150 Series) test benches. A selection of different controllers, actuators and accessories makes them one of our most popular choices.
100 Family Single Column Universal Test Machines are modular tabletop systems configured to requirements by an applications engineer. Each system includes a single column load frame, modular actuator, test controller with optional test software, and load cell. Our modular approach ensures you get exactly what you want or need at the lowest possible price. Modularity also ensures future needs can be satisfied easily and affordably, since the load frame, actuator and controller can all be upgraded within the product line.

    Force Six actuators rated from 225 lb (1 kN) to 1500 lb (6.5 kN)
    Speed Six actuators with maximum speed ratings from 20 mm/min (0.8 ipm) to 1000 mm/min (40 ipm).
    Column Clearance Ratings Two frames: 100 type with 3 in (75 mm) column spacing; 110 type features an adjustable clearance to 6 inches (150 mm).
    Travel 6 or 12 in (300 mm) actuator stroke. Crosshead is manually adjustable to change test setups.


    CONTROLLERS AND SOFTWARES

    Three servo controller packages are available with 100 Series Test Machines. All controllers include PID closed loop servo control, high speed data acquisition and high resolution signal conditioners. All controllers can be used for constant rate of extension (speed) and constant rate of load (load rate) control. They all capture and display test data. P and Q Type TouchPad controllers are capable of stand alone operation and also computerized machine control with optional XY Test Software. R Series controllers are NOT stand-alonge and require a PC. R Controllers offer additional hardware capabilities and include integrated flexible test software, making them the best choice for labs that perform tests involving multiple test applications.
